3.2 Payment Methods

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for all charges, including applicable taxes.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused benefits.

4. Use of Services

4.1 License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

5. Bookings and Reservations

When making bookings through our platform:

• All bookings are subject to availability and partner venue policies
• Cancellation policies vary by venue and service provider
• You are responsible for reviewing and complying with venue-specific terms
• No-shows may result in charges or loss of benefits
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings in case of force majeure

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Elitez Club and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

7.2 Third-Party Services

We partner with third-party venues and service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of their services. Any disputes with third parties are solely between you and them.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elitez Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elitez Club and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign freely
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Elitez Club
